Curating the Backstage Experience at Gala Dynastie

This year again, we had the pleasure of supporting Gala Dynastie as a client, curating a backstage experience designed with the same level of intention as the show itself. At Cachet, we approach backstage not as a logistical necessity, but as a strategic environment that shapes how talent, the team, and stakeholders experience the brand in real time. Every touchpoint becomes an opportunity to reinforce values, build affinity, and create moments that resonate beyond the event.
Our approach is rooted in alignment and narrative. Each partnership is selected not only for what it provides, but how they fit into a cohesive environment that reflects care, cultural relevance, and excellence. From timing and flow to sensory experience, we design backstage as a continuum: starting backstage in preparation, continuing through the performance, and extending into recognition. This structure ensures that every interaction supports a larger story.
During rehearsals the day prior, St-Hubert provided their classic meals that kept everyone fueled through a full day of preparation.

On the day of the Gala, the backstage experience began with coffee, lattes, and matcha served by Hectare Café, setting the tone for a grounded and energized start. Throughout the day, Duo de Chef provided delicious comfort meals for both lunch and dinner, ensuring sustained energy across all teams. A popcorn station by Jennafête introduced a moment of lightness and connection, while swag bags from Jack & Jones added a layer of thoughtful brand integration.
To close, honorees were celebrated with curated gifts from Goodee, reinforcing a sense of recognition that extended beyond the stage.
By intentionally aligning with partners who share our values, we created a backstage experience that supports the production and strengthens the overall impact of the Gala.
Beyond support, a strategically designed backstage experience is essentially where the story begins.
