Soirée Culture

CLIENT OVERVIEW:
Gala Dynastie celebrates and highlights the exceptional achievements of personalities from Black communities in Quebec who are renowned in the fields of media, arts and culture. Presented in two parts: Soirée Médias and Soirée Culture, these events honor the richness and diversity of Black talents that transcend borders while highlighting their important contribution in those industries.

OBJECTIVE:
Gala Dynastie celebrates and highlights the exceptional achievements of personalities from Black communities in Quebec who are renowned in the fields of arts and culture. The Soirée Culture was hosted by Garihanna Jean-Louis.

The Black Carpet was hosted by Gaël Comtois and presented by Bell.

MANDATE:
Backstage logistics (ensuring all artists suites were prepped and ready, supplier logistics and sponsorship outreach and coordination for suites) and black carpet logistics (supplier logistics, ensuring proper flow and circulation of black carpet photographs and interviews, etc.), Facebook live logistics (aid in development and execution of FB live concept with Gaël Comtois and Great Things Studio).

FLOW OF EVENT:
Artists performing during the Gala arrived to their suites filled with swag and snacks. From morning to night, our team was there to ensure proper flow of the backstage floors.
On the flip side, our team was simultaneously setting up and managing the Black Carpet where special guests such as artists, nominees, performers and celebrity guests were invited to be photographed and interviewed by notable media outlets. This portion of the evening was also broadcasted via a Facebook Live hosted by Gaël Comtois.
