OBJECTIVE
Produce and execute an engaging, fun, inclusive, and informative event tailored to female athletes, professionals, aspiring athletes, and sports enthusiasts, with the mission to inspire the next generation of female athletes and create a space where resources, opportunities, and inspiration can thrive.

STRATEGY
Our strategy centered on maintaining the core mission of Women in Sports in every decision we made. We chose a venue that not only reflected this mission but also met our high standards for quality. To enrich the experience, we leveraged our team’s connections to assemble a diverse panel of at least four speakers, each with unique backgrounds and perspectives, ensuring a well-rounded and engaging discussion.

To stay true to the mission of providing accessible resources, we ensured that 80% of our guests were invited free of charge. These invitations heavily included a diverse range of teams from sports school programs, reinforcing our commitment to inclusivity and community support.

To ensure our guests left feeling equally inspired and entertained, we divided the event into two distinct parts: an indoor keynote and panel discussion, and a rooftop multi-sport court featuring brand activations and sports setups. The rooftop activities included hockey, basketball, and soccer, providing a dynamic and engaging experience as well as the opportunity to purchase exclusive merchandise to the sounds of DJ KidCrayola.

In conclusion, the Women in Sports event was a resounding success, delivering on our mission to inspire, engage, and empower women in the sports industry. By carefully selecting a venue that embodied our values, curating a diverse and insightful panel, and creating an environment that blended feminine energy with a sporty edge, we created an experience that left a lasting impact on all attendees.
