Our agency successfully executed Journée de la Cuisine Haïtienne, a vibrant celebration showcasing Haitian cuisine. Bringing together over 30 talented chefs, restaurants, and caterers, the event attracted over 3500 guests eager to experience the richness of Haitian culinary traditions. Complementing the gastronomic delights, over 20 local Haitian-owned business merchants exhibited their products and services. The day featured a live cooking demonstration from Celebrity Chef Ron Duprat, cultural displays, and entertainment, creating a dynamic atmosphere reflecting the diversity and beauty of Haitian culture. Our meticulous planning, from chef/merchant recruitment and sponsorship outreach to guest management and day of coordination ensured a seamless experience, further emphasizing our commitment to promoting cultural heritage through memorable events.
