Our agency successfully seamlessly executed Journée de la Cuisine Haïtienne, a vibrant celebration showcasing Haitian cuisine. Bringing together 27 talented chefs, restaurants, and caterers, the event attracted over 3000 guests eager to experience the richness of Haitian culinary traditions. Complementing the gastronomic delights, 17 local business merchants exhibited their products and services. The day featured live cooking demonstrations, cultural displays, and entertainment, creating a dynamic atmosphere reflecting the diversity and beauty of Haitian culture. Our meticulous planning, from chef/merchant recruitment and sponsorship outreach to guest management and day of coordination ensured a seamless experience, further emphasizing our commitment to promoting cultural heritage through memorable events.
