OBJECTIVE:
Our mandate was to create a compelling reel that showcased the venue's ability to seamlessly execute multiple events simultaneously while highlighting the venue’s expansive capacity. The video needed to convey both the efficiency and grandeur of the space, positioning the client as a top choice for hosting large-scale, multifaceted events. The video was then posted on Instagram and Facebook with the objective of boosting page views and followers, enhancing the venue’s social media presence and engagement.
STRATEGY:
A videographer and assistant will be on-site to capture footage of all events and key areas of the venue, ensuring alignment with the client's objectives.
Provide the videographer with a comprehensive overview of the events to ensure they capture the necessary footage for the reel.
One team member will be dedicated to filming behind-the-scenes clips for story opportunities and recording content from each event, which will later be repurposed into individual reels for each event.
