CLIENT OVERVIEWS:
Fondation Dynastie:
Founded in 2016, they actively campaign to sustainably transform the cultural, artistic and media industries to ensure better representation of black communities in Quebec. Through various initiatives, it supports and accompanies Afro-descendant people evolving in these sectors by facilitating their development and professionalization.

0rijin Village:
A non-profit organization dedicated to the economic development of Afro-descendant people and the strengthening of their economic, financial and social roles through technology and new models of acquisition and distribution of wealth. 0rijin seeks to address chronic economic inequalities in Afro-descendant communities. We want to encourage targeted people to invest in their financial health by buying and consuming in Afro-descendant businesses.

Event production

OBJECTIVE:
Produce an experiential event to provide guests with a complete understanding of the missions behind Fondation Dynastie and 0rijin Village all while showcasing the new building and office spaces.

MANDATE:
Full event production including event conceptualization, research, vendor outreach and coordination, guest list management, day-of coordination.


The evening began with a welcome cocktail at 8555 Boul. Saint Laurent.
Guests are greeted with signature cocktails (Le Citadelle, le Dynastie and L’0rijin) upon entry served by Straight Vodka. A BBQ style snack and hors d’oeuvres prepared by Bouchée Divine were served in the courtyard to the sound of festive music mixed by DJ Godfather D.
The Citadelle team spoke to the guests to talk about their journey and the reasons behind the construction of the new building.
Afterwards, guests are directed to 8557 for the ribbon cutting followed by a free tour of the Eclectik, 0rijin Village and Fondation Dynastie floors. Each floor is furnished and decorated to represent the mission of the different organizations while creating a fun and creative atmosphere for the team.
